The rates and points set forth above are for a loan to home
value ratio (LTV) of 70% or less. In the event that the borrower's
LTV exceeds 70%, on refinance only, the points will be adjusted
upward an additional .50 percent for an LTV of
70.01% to 79.99%
and an additional .75 percent for an LTV of
80% to 90%.

All adjustable rates quoted assume a 30 year amortization.

initial rate and subject to increase. For example, the 5/1 ARM; the initial rate is fixed for five years and may adjust
